This hosting goes under the guise of...

This hosting goes under the guise of "free" or at least that is what I applied for. After exceeding my bandwidth in the first 3 days which I was not aware of (I thought it referred to visitors bandwidth) my website was shutdown. I realized that this was not a suitable webhosting package and asked if I could get a refund on my £21.58 (yes that right, free my arse, a setup fee not mentioned prior to sign up) and I was sent prices on upgrade packages which avoided answering the question and tried to upsell more stuff to me. A few emails were exchanged and I didn't find them very helpful or friendly and the whole thing was a waste of my time. If you are going to advertise free hosting you should clearly state there is a setup fee as not to mislead people. Then you don't break trade description laws and fool people into buying your product.
