We offer a more personal approach to customer service. We have a small team of technical staff who answer all questions. We do not employ sales staff as we feel that you should only need to deal with one person from start to finish so all! All our account managers are at least level 2 technical support managers.
How do you support your customers?
Yes we offer a range of support solutions depends on the customer. We offer both telephone and email support. If you are lucky enough to own a VPS Server or Dedicated server we assign an account manager who can be contacted 24/7.
