Established in 2000, Melbourne is committed to providing the highest levels of service across our range of Dedicated Server and Managed High-Availability Solutions from our Manchester-based Datacentres.
We specialise in providing the technical environment for high-availability server solutions. Primarily a provider to small- and medium-sized companies, our key values centre around professionalism, contactability and reliability.
What unique selling points do you offer?
Unlike many providers, we actually own and operate our own datacentre facilities, whereas most hosting companies and invite all prospective customers and existing customers to come and visit our facilities. We are real people with a genuine passion to serve our customers.
Important for us is the fact that we concentrate on only datacentre hosting services. We do not offer ADSL, Web design, shared hosting or reseller hosting. Instead we concentrate on dedicated and managed servers, colocation and rack space.
Describe the services you offer?
There are many ways in which this can be defined but primarily for us it means looking after a high-availability environment for our customers, leaving them to concentrate on their own business.
Describe your target market?
From smaller companies through to corporates; because we don’t offer shared hosting, our customers tend to need a more solid web presence so our SLAs and service guarantees are crucial to these customers.
How is your company planning for the future?
We are well on track to being recognised as the preferred name in high-availability hosting solutions for SMEs.
