What unique selling points do you offer?
As a company we offer a huge amount of experience in all aspects of IT communications and data centre solutions. We pride ourselves in being a ‘one stop shop’ for businesses of all sizes from SME’s to blue chip PLC’s.
We have a huge amount of experience and knowledge in a whole range of technologies and our in-house sales and technical teams provide the consultation, installation and support for each solution.
Describe the services you offer?
Node4’s range of services fit neatly under 3 categories: Colocate, Communicate and Connect.
Colocate encompasses our two purpose built state of the art data centres in Derby and Wakefield. We have invested a large amount of money to ensure that the facilities provide top of the range services for our customers. Solutions within the data centres include: colocation, managed hosting, virtualisation, storage and many more.
Communication is a vital part of any business, products in our communicate category include SIP trunking with all of the benefits such as number porting and allocation, and competitive call rates. Our range of Cisco accreditations allow us to offer a large range of Cisco telephony solutions either hosted in one of our data centres or located on the customer site.
The Connect side of Node4 includes all aspects of connectivity. As an ISP we can provide everything from LLU voice ready broadband to dedicated Leased Lines and Ethernet, all at competitive prices.
Describe your target market?
One of the unique things about Node4 is our flexibility to accommodate any size of business. From the single-site SME’s to multi-site global PLC’s, we can provide solutions to fit all requirements.
We have experience in all industries from car supermarkets to financial companies and building material suppliers, so we are not restricted to any particular industry.
How is your company planning for the future?
Over the last year Node4 have made the biggest investment in the company yet with the development of a state of the art 27,000 square foot data centre, DC3 just outside of Leeds. DC3 is the future for Node4 as we have grown into becoming one of the UK’s biggest data centre providers and need to keep our standards high to maintain this position.
We are also planning on expanding our second data centre, DC2 in Derby later this year, as it reaches capacity in order to cope with the demand for colocation space in the Midlands.
We have always ensured that Node4 is at the forefront of new technologies, and we will ensure that we continue to do this through Node4’s existence.
