Pinbrook was established in 1999 with the purpose of providing high quality internet related services for small businesses. We have been hosting ecommerce websites for over 10 years, we work with our customers to help grow their business on the web. We offer fully managed dedicated servers with easy to use control panel software so our customers can focus on running and growing their businesses.
What unique selling points do you offer?
We offer one to one advice to all our clients regarding their internet requirements.
Describe the services you offer?
Fully managed dedicated servers in the only Tier 3 data centre in the South of England. We offer Tier 1 bandwidth. We customise all servers to suit our customer requirements.
Describe your target market?
Our target market includes sole traders, small and medium sized business, web developers and web design agencies.
How is your company planning for the future?
We are constantly researching new technologies, we like to keep one step ahead of our customer requirements, we aim to have new services in place before our customers ask for them.
What benefits can you offer your customers?
We have been working with our customers for over 10 years now, we have the expertise within our support team to answer their questions quickly and effectively. We are a small business ourselves so are able to offer the personal touch when discussing web hosting requirements and subsequent support. Over the past 11 years we have grown up with our customers and grown our services to match their requirements. We still have customers with us who joined us 11 years ago
