We also have a range of hosting and server solutions that suite most peoples needs so we can offer services to most of our sites visitors, not just online gamers.
How is your company planning for the future?
I am looking into getting more dedicated servers in the UK, USA and NL to offer a wider range of game servers and shared hosting services.
I have also been looking into cloud hosting services but this is not sell in stone yet as it takes a lot of work to get up and running.
I am also in contact with EA about becoming a trusted EA game server supplier, which I hope to achieve by this time next year at the latest.

How do you support your customers?
We use WHMCS for our billing and client area so support is fully covered with support tickets and emails within WHMCS.

cPanel/WHM for all our web hosting and reseller hosting accounts for easy management and access etc.
We also use teamspeak 3 which can be accessed by anyone for general chat or support.
